    Lucy's average day starts at 08:30am and finishes often past 8pm - often works weekends. She is ambitious and spends her spare time at the gym and socialising with her friends. Even though free time is limited, she has promised to plan her best friends 30th birthday next month - its going to be BIG!! And time is running out!

    Penny looks after an office of 400 people, loves her job and the people. Her day is packed with ongoing tasks and requests and yesterday her boss asked her to organise the Christmas Party, Oh, and all the company clients need to invited. "And don't forget the team away day!".

    It wasn’t in her job description, but Penny has been tasked with organising the company's annual conference with a months notice!

    Dawn lives in the country with her husband Bill. She spends her days on her own home projects, caring for family and working at the local dogs home - which she LOVES. Dawn has never really been into technology although is relatively savvy surfing the net. Its Bill's 60th birthday coming up in 6 months and Dawn needs help to create a surprise party, he just can't know.

    Jason's high pressured job focuses on detail, detail, detail. He is on call 24/7, never really knowing where or when he is required. His spare time is taken up catching up with friends on Instagram and Facebook. Jason's has a VIP dinner coming up and yet his time is required to be focused on his boss's house move. He needs help and quickly!

    Ibiza Surprise

    Eventhouse organised a surprise birthday party for 80 people in Ibiza.


    Every detail discussed with Eventhouse was adhered to and the staff looking after us were faultless!.


    The 3 day trip was reasonably priced and just with enough activities and rest time to keep everyone going. Perhaps our favorite day was the stunning catamaran day trip where Eventhouse arranged all food, music and stocked the boat bar with our favorite tipples. We had the opportunity to snorkel and also stop by a stunning island to have dinner as the sun set. It was the most magical of days!


    When tasked with putting together this event as a surprise for a good friend,I felt very anxious and struggled to juggle work whilst trying to organise guests, venues, planes tickets, cake, etc. Reaching out to Eventhouse lifted the weight of planning off my shoulders and allowed me to also enjoy myself and at the end create an incredible birthday weekend that I would not be able to all by myself.

    I had to organise a stag this year with a couple of other friends. We were only given a few months’ notice and it was in the height of summer, so we were concerned about getting anything done.     Eventhouse played an instrumental part in organising a weekend barn party for 100 friends. As the event was held on a farm, not only did temporary outdoor electricity, lights and portable toilets need to be arranged, they helped massively in coming up with ideas for a brilliant party: I wanted guests to contribute with something and we worked together on a schedule that involved everyone and ran seamlessly throughout the event.
